Payment

Each booking will be paid in full..
Bookings are confirmed when NWA receives your full payment. A booking confirmation will be sent to the bookers email or by SMS direct asap.

NWA accepts bookings through the website www.newquaywildactivities.org
Final numbers of participants must be confirmed by telephone or email no later than two weeks prior to the trip. Failure to do this will result in the client being charged for the full amount of persons booked
The summer gets busy, so to avoid disappointment please book your trip as early as possible

If NWA have to cancel

We will only cancel if the weather means it is unsafe to continue the activity. Should this occur, guests will be offered an alternative date. If this date isn’t possible then a full refund will be provided.
Please note that the activities will continue even if the weather is typical for Cornwall: rainy or a little bit windy. Should you decide that you don’t want to do the activity in those conditions, then cancellation policy will be as below.

If you have to cancel

All cancellations must be advised by email from the person who originally made the booking.
In order that we can re-advertise, we require a minimum of two weeks notice to cancel .
If the cancellation is two weeks before the event a full refund will be given. However, guests will be charged in full for any cancellations within 14 days of the activity.
Where possible, we will endeavour to re book the group onto an activity if that is their request.

Even though NWA carries full Public Liability Insurance, it is strongly suggested that guests carry their own personal accident policy that covers them for the activity they are undertaking. Personal accident policies are usually available from your own insurance broker.
ALL guests must be made aware by the person booking the trip that all outdoor adventurous activities carry a degree of risk, even though NWA has tried to minimise these risks. Participants will only be accepted on the understanding that they are aware of these risks and wish to participate of their own free will.
All guests will be given a thorough safety briefing at the start of each activity. A risk assessment will also be done and is available to see.
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
